We provide on-site wastewater services and solutions across the Bega Valley, Eurobodalla, Snowy Monaro, Shoalhaven regions and beyond. Your Annual Service Contract includes quarterly maintenance service to ensure your system continues running smoothly and efficiently.

What’s Included in your Scheduled Maintenance Service:

Quarterly routine inspection and maintenance
Inspection of sprinkler heads, drippers, and irrigation pipes
Replenishment of essential water treatment additives
A written service report provided to both you and your local council

Additional Charges

Please note: Any labour or parts required beyond routine servicing will incur additional charges.

Emergency Call-Outs

If your system alarm (red light) is activated, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. You’d be surprised how often one of our service technicians happens to be nearby and can attend quickly.

From our perspective, early notification often allows us to:

Dispatch staff already in your area.
Organise our team’s day for maximum efficiency.
Respond promptly if an urgent inspection is required.

While not all situations demand immediate attention, notifying us early allows us to assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Emergency call-outs start at $75.00 (plus GST), excluding parts and labour.

Delaying action or ignoring the alarm can lead to more serious issues and costly damage.
