Sapphire Aerated Septics is a family-owned and operated business based on the South Coast of NSW. Led by owner James Oliver, we’ve been providing honest, reliable, and professional on-site wastewater services and solutions across the Bega Valley, Eurobodalla, Snowy Monaro, Shoalhaven regions, and beyond for over 10 years.

James and his team take a hands-on, practical approach to every job, with a strong focus on problem-solving and finding win-win solutions. From routine maintenance and emergency call-outs to new installations, the Sapphire Aerated Septics team is committed to helping you get the most out of your system — and your situation.

James is supported by a dedicated team that drives every aspect of the business. He’s joined by his partner, Julie, who manages media and marketing; their sons — Reif, who oversees administration, and Denu, who provides on-the-ground technical support — along with his brother, Tim, and highly valued team member, Luke Neilson.

With team members based in key locations along the NSW South Coast — including Eden, Pambula, Cobargo, and Ulladulla — we’re able to deliver prompt, reliable service across a broad region, ensuring we can respond quickly and effectively whenever you need us.
